Need advice please. We created a replicated public folder that contains an
excel spreadsheat that everyone has access to. Everyone needs to be able to
edit this file and input their information.

We have the public folder created and everyone can see, open, and edit
spreadsheat but, it is saving it in the OLK directory under the temp
directory. When they reopen file from the public folder the changes weren't
there.

Anyone have any ideas?

Permissions on the folder? Are the users closing the spreadsheet and saving changes before they shut down Outlook? (If not, Outlook can't put the changes back into the folder item.)

You are likely to run into a lot more problems with this configuration, because Outlook has no conflict resolution mechanism. Consider using somethign else, like SharePoint, for document management tasks like this.

Could you set up a Shortcut to the Excel spreadsheet within Outlook?
