troubleshoot envelopes

I cannot change my delivery address position through my Envelopes and Lables
wizard. When I go into options, the positioning options display numbers
instead of "Auto". This casuses my delivery address to print too low on the
envelope. When I change the numbers to "Auto", it does not remain changed.
How do I correct this?
If I use the Envelope Wizard the delivery address prints correctly.

Envelope Address style. See
