Trouble with XP and home network

System configuration
Dell 400 Mhz -XP Home behind the Belkin Router (wireless)
Dell 300Mhz win 98 connected to router via switch and
wire
Dell 233 Lap top Win Me connected via wire and switch to
router
900 Mhz IBM t-22 laptop Motorola PICMIA- Wireless I/F
IMAC 400 MhZ via wire to router and cable modem controller
Belkin 4 port wireless router
Motorola - Cable Modem
What works
Web links from all computers
Used Xp Home CD to set up network
All non- XP computers can see each other
XP can see the win 98 only (sometimes)
I have followed the Win XP Home wizzard and no one can see
the files (shared) on the xp
Ideas please
XP provides network interface to router
