Trouble with windows email

Now my email is saying "The connection to the server has failed. Subject '80
Gerber and Beechnut Stage 2 and 3 Baby Food - $30', Account: 'windows mail',
Server: 'charter.net', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): Yes, Socket
Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E" when I try to send an email. I wish I
could figure this out.

The above describes settings for OE, but WM is exactly the same.

At first glance you have the incorrect server entered on the server tab, and
you have SSL selected on the advanced tab.
