Trouble with Service Pack2

When I went to update my Norton to version 2008 it informed me that my
Windows needed to be updated. When I went to update it, it needed to install
Windows XP Sercie Pack 2. I got the following error message "setup cannot
copy the file clbcatq.dll" Any help would be appreciated.

Are you aware that SP3 is now available?

Error message during the "Finalizing Installation" phase when you try to upgrade to
