Trouble with outlook express

I recieve this error message when trying to pop into my
exchange server over a dail up connection

The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'Missy -
RHD', Server: 'mail', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure
(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

Does anyone know a solution?

See if your SMTP settings are correct. Also the posrt may have been blocked
by your admin. See the following KB article;
