i can't send e-mails

everytime i try to send a message from my outbox i get this same error message:
The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'pop.go4-it.net', Server:
'smtp.go4-it.net', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error:
10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E
