Trouble with opening reports

I have created a mdb on one machine in which I am able to open the reports.
When I move the file over to another machine I am not able to open the
reports. I am also not able to design the reports.

Any thoughts on what is up?

Thanks in advance.

What is different?
Windows version
Access version
If both are the same, is Access the full version or runtime version?

That behavior is common if there is no printer set up in the second
computer. Add any printer driver to the computer. The report should
then open.

I have checked for a default printer and one is installed. I now notice that
I am not able to print on any DB and when I hover over the print icon it says
no printer. I also created a new db on the machine and tried to print a 1
row table with no luck. I am able to print in Excel and Word.

It is as if the Access program is not recognizing the printers but all other
are.

Any new thoughts?

Did you set one of the printers as the default printer?

There is a default printer. I even tried to change the default printer to
see if that would register.

Can you send anything to the default printer from word or Excel and have it
print?
