Trouble with New Item Alerts with multiple Mailboxes

I am trying to create a rule that opens a 'New Item Alert' when a certain
word is contained in the subject line. The problem is I manage multiple
Mailboxes on our Exchange Server so I have multiple Mailboxes in my Outlook
Folder's list. (Let's call them 'Mailbox-Default' and 'Mailbox-Two'). The
rule does run correctly when the message is received in the 'Mailbox-Default'
Inbox, but I need it to run when the message is received in the 'Mailbox-Two'
Inbox.
