It sounds like you software is working ,but your hardware may not be. Do
you have the receipt for the mouse? Could you exchange it? It may be
defective. If not, try sanding the metal + (positive) node of the battery
holder a little with an emery board.

U think something wrong with hardware, phew I hope so. but the light of the
both receive usb and mouse all works. I have just brought 1 month , I still
have receipt I hope people will change for me a new one. however, do U think
something wrong with my laptop? I afraid it got some virus.

The message you are seeing is part of your wireless mouse software. It's
not from a virus. If you go to Contol Panel > Mouse, on the Wireless tab,
does it also show the battery as low? Follow the troubleshooting steps in
this article, to see if it helps your situation. Go through each method,
one at a time. Since you are using a laptop, does the "battery critical
low" happen no matter where you are at? If you have more than one USB port,
try the receiver in a different port, or try moving the receiver at
different angles, even trying the "flat" angle. Here's, the article:

You may receive messages that state that the battery level is low when you
use Microsoft wireless pointing devices:
