Trouble with Layout Tables and Cells displaying properly

I tried inserting a layout cell in my webpage using Frontpage 2003 and
formatted it with rounded corners. When I viewed the page it did not display
correctly at all. I have the book Using Microsoft Office Frontpage 2003 by
Que Publishing and they stated that this feature is really buggy. Does
anyone know if Microsoft has realeased a patch to fix this issue or is there
another work around? Thanks for any help anyone can provide.

Did you publish the images that make the rounded corners?
Have you an example of the problem? (Post a link...).

No, I haven't published the images yet. I am simply working with them in the
Frontpage interface. The images don't appear anywhere near what the menu
item shows it should look like. I have only gotten the table to appear
somewhat correctly once. You would think Microsoft would introduce a patch
to correct this problem.

problem.

Ah yes, the infamous 'User who won't leave well enough alone or learn
anything about what he is doing' patch.
