Trouble with filter by form

I used be able to filter by form and have the option of selecting and
existing entry from the drop down list now I can only choose Null or Not
Null


Any suggestions
 
Go to Tools>Options>Edit/Find

There's a setting under Filter by Form defaults something like "don't
display list when number of items exceeds.."

Increase this number as necessary and this will fix your problem
