Trouble w/Business Contact Manager loading all emails for every cl

This wasn't always the case, but now each time I add a new client to Business
contact manager, it loads ALL emails in my inbox to their Business Contact
History.
How do I resolve this? Can someone help?

Is there a Business Tools Menu present in Outlook?
If not, go to Help > About Microsoft Office Outlook
Click on Disabled Items and see if BCM is present

Automatic e-mail linking is malfunctioning.

Business Tools -> Manage E-mail Autolinking

This should show you all relationships that BCM is autolinking against.

I'm having the same problem so I tried checking on the Business Tools, but
they are not present and when I go to Help/About Outlook they don't show up
as disabled either.
Any idea what to try?

When you go to file > data file managment >do you have Business Contact
manager listed if not try adding the same by clicking on the add button
