When I try to send or receive and error message comes up that says I'm not
connected or that I've temporarily been disconnected. But I AM CONNECTED!
Any suggestions?

What is the exact error message?

Here it is...

The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by
the server. The rejected e-mail address was '(e-mail address removed)'. Subject
'Appointments', Account: 'mail.whartenby.com', Server: 'mail.whartenby.com',
Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '504 <Tron>: Helo command rejected: need
fully-qualified hostname', Port: 8080, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 504,
Error Number: 0x800CCC79

Thanks for responding

Well, that error message doesn't say anything about "not connected"
or "temporarily disconnected".
What it *does* say is that the mail server doesn't like you (just kidding).

What the mail server doesn't like is that you were connected to Cox
while trying to send through Whartenby. That's not allowed.
Please explain why you need to do that.
