trouble receiving messages

I can send messages but not receive from Outlook. I have cleaned out the
folders.
Closed outlook, gone back in, same problem. I have rebooted the computer,
same problem. If someone emials me they get it bounced back to them that my
mailbox its full.

Cherie, The mailbox that is full is the one that is sitting on your service
provider's server. Have you downloaded messages lately from that site or is
it possible someone has posted a large message? ALso make sure you have
checked the option to not leave a messages on the server once you extract
them or they will stay there and eventually fill your mailbox.
