Trouble receiving mail

I cannot receive email in my windows mail. It appears to be "stuck" on one
message. Is there a way I can reset it or something to block that one
message and receive the rest?

Chances are, there is a corrupted or overly large email on the server.
Does your ISP offer web access to email? If so, you can go in
with your browser and delete the troublesome one. If not, go to
http://www.mail2web.com where you can do the same thing.
