Trouble Receiving Emails with attatchments

Hello. I am an author who is currently having trouble receiving cover art
from Accurance. They've tried to send me the cover art several times, but I
never get any messages with attachments from them. I can receive emails
without attachments from them, but no matter how many times they send the
cover art attached, I never get the email. Does anyone know what's going on?

I would guess that the attachment is so big that some server along the line
is refusing it.

Have them upload it to a private part of their website and send you a link.
