trouble on pocket pc

hello to all i am freddie and i hav recently discoverd the wonders of
pocket pcs and i have a problem which is basicly turning into a
disarter.

the problem is that i deleted aticesnyc on my pocket pc and now i ca't
get it back
the model is iPAQ h1940 (pocket pc 2003)

ouch....
I'm surprised it's even allowed ....
have you try to hard reset the device ?

because I couldn't believe it has really disappear, it should be somehow
still there...
