trouble loading and icon not showing

i have msn messnger live and msn messenger running, but i cant get the icon
to show up in to bottom corner, so i cant open messenger to chat or check
messeges i try ctrl alt delt to shut them down and rerunning them but the
same thing happens they are running but again no icon, need help

Greetings,

These types of problems can be caused by bad firmware in residential routers. If you are
using a router, you may want to check with the router manufacturer's website and see if there
is an update. If there is no update, at least power cycle the router (unplug, plug back in)
as that generally will help.
