Trouble importing data from excel

I am trying to import an excel spreadsheet into access. When I press finish
at the end of the wizard it says there was an error and my spreadsheet was
not imported. However, it does not tell me why or how to fix it?? Any ideas?

Make sure that, data type entered in the spreadsheet is same as the
data type you have defined in your database.
