Copy Excel Data to Access

[Formula in Report]

I have an excel spreadsheet with 2 rows of information plus a header row.
I have done this several times without a problem, but for some reason, today
it is a problem.

From Access, I clicked on "Get Extended Data" and followed the prompts to
copy the Excel information to my Access db. But at the end - When I click on
"Finish", I get the following error message in the IMPORT SPREADSHEET WIZARD
box.
Methods 'columns' of object 'IImexGrid' failed

I have no idea what this means. Can anyone help me? I would certainly
appreciate it. Thank you - Aurora

Thank you Steve for trying to help me, but my Access Help did not give me
anything under the verbage you noted. It did come up with a "Add spreadsheet
to a data access page", but I could not follow these direction either. The
help said to click on the "toolbox" on the toolbar, but it was grayed out and
would not work. I am using Excel and Access 2003. Does that make a
difference?
