Trouble getting e-mail

Hi,

Frequently I am unable to download my e-mail into
Outlook. This situation may last for a few moments or a
few days. If I reboot, I am often able to get my e-mail
for a few more moments or a few days. Sometimes I have no
problems with this for a couple of weeks.

I am using Outlook 2000. I have a DSL connection thru
Bellsouth. I have spoken with them; it is not their
problem as shown by the fact that I am always otherwise
online and am able to get my e-mail from their website.

Does anyone have experience with this and have any ideas
of what I can do change it?

What error message are you getting?
Do have service packs installed?
What OS?
