Trouble Exporting from database to excel

Hello,
I am trying to export reports, tables, etc from an access databast to excel.
The purpose of these reports and tables is to be put into another document
which is used as a manual. Everytime that I export the information becomes
corrupted. It does not appear as the table does in excel but the information
in excel is scattered around and some of the letters are even changed to
symbols. I really need these tables/reports to leave database in a way that
I can simply copy and paste them into my manual. Can anyone offer any help
on this topic?

we can offer some help.
Let's concentrate on just one table to start with.
Could you please post a sample of some rows of this table (the one we are
going to start with) and a sample of how the same rows appear after you
export them to excel.
