Trouble deleting a user account

Go through control panel and go to the account I want to delete. Click delete
account and delete files also. Then click delete account button, computer
thinks and loads continuously, the window becomes unresponsive and I have to
shut the window down and send an error report. I manually deleted some large
files on the account after the first attempt, didnt make a difference. Also
tried doing it without deleting files. Still having trouble.
Any help is greatly appreciated

Hi,

You must be logged on as administrator.

Go to Start - Run and type control userpasswords2 then press enter.
Try removing from there.

Is there any way to get to that user window through menus in case i need to
do it again? Because im sure i will forget that command
