trouble blogging to wordpress

I am trying to post to my wordpress blog using Word 2007. I am pretty sure I
have the blog post url correct, but still it says "cannot register blog."
Any idea whay?

What are the steps you're using and at what point do you encounter the problem?

Does the blog post contain graphics or just text?
