Trouble attaching an Excel file in Outlook 2003 - Help

When I attach an Excel file to my original Outlook 2003 message it does not
transmit. I then pull up the original message click forward, attach the file
and it is sent. Can anyone tell me what I have to do to get it to go the
first time? I have tried reloading Outlook and that did not work!!

This seems to be an Outlook related problem. Try
