TrojanDownloader in C:\FOUND files

Hi, can anyone help with the following problem.
I am able to erase TrojanDownloader virus from my System Volume Information
folder by switching off system restore and rebooting etc, but my anti-virus
program tells me that I have Trojan Downloaders in my
C:\FOUND.016\FILE0001.CHK and 7 other "FOUND" files. How do you delete or
clean these files.
Any help would be greatly appreciated,

just delete the folders. those found.* folders are created by the scandisk
utility when it finds blocks that don't belong to any known file. the *.chk
files in them are the actual files or pieces of files that scandisk makes
out of the broken pieces it finds.
