Trojan.Vundo.B removal?

My PC is infected. Norton Antivirus finds but can remove it. Inetbas.dll is
infected but can't deleted because it used by another person (have on 1 PC)
or used by another program. I tried it in safe mode with no success.
Any suggestions clean it are appreciated.
