Is the Trojan indentified as - C:\Windows\System32\SVC.EXE
I am getting that message - which Norton is unable to
delete as well.
There is help on Norton's website when it cannot access a
file. You must run msconfig and reboot into Safe mode
then run a Virus scan. In this case it was only able to
quarantine it. But it was right back there after a second
re-boot.
So, either this is an error with System Works or a Trojan
that is able to self-replicate from other infected files.
