Trojan virus in file: fatrecov.dll. How to clear without deleting

My computer is infected with a trojan virus
(trojan.spy.sckeylog.d). The virus has infected a file
named c:/windows/system/fatrecov.dll. I cant repair the
file and cant delete it either because Windows needs it.
Help would be really appreciated.

fatrecov.dll is not a Windows file. Delete it!
