Trojan Talkstocks a is in system volume information/Restore/(couple of files have it)
Norton can't detect it, AVG found it, but can't access the folder when it scans to remove it. I can't access it, or open the folder up to let the AV software do it. How can i allow access to this file set to let my AV software eliminate the trojan?

You'll have to delete all your System Restore points in order to
remove the virus files. Many viruses aim to eliminate an easy repair
method such as using System Restore with an infected PC.
