trojan horses attack. how can i remove it on nortons?

my trojan horses will not go and i do not know how to get
rid of it. can anyone help. me please?
i am also on nortons virus

Trojans do not "attack."

What are the names of the Trojans which Norton has spotted on your system?
Look them up on the Symantec site or on Google, along with the phrase
"removal tool."
