trojan horseIRC/backdoor.SdBot.69r HELP!

If i run avg for windows it does not detect it but adaware does,It's located
at system volme info restore.It's not doing anything yet but avg control
center will pop up every once in a while to show me that message.....

Clear the System Restore points, as it's now affected by virus/trojan.

Right-click My Computer and choose Properties
Click System Restore tab
Put a check mark on "Turn Off System Restore on all drives"
Click OK

Now, close all running applications and then perform a full system virus scan. Then run *all* of these malware removers:

1. Lavasoft Ad-Aware - http://www.lavasoftusa.com
2. SpyBot Search & Destroy - http://www.safer-networking.org
3. CWShredder 2.0 - http://www.intermute.com/spysubtract/cwshredder_download.html

Update 1 & 2 before running a scan.
