can anyone tell me how to get rit a trojan file that
keeps comming up when i logon to the internet, it is
called TR/Bubby.F my virus program gives me message what
to do with it delete, rename what have you, on the top of
the box is C:\windows\EJHOXDQECIY.EXE I i have Antivir
Guard Personal, and Microsoft Antispyware

Send the info about infection to the SpyNet (run MS AntiSpyware, go to the
Tools-> Suspected Spyware Report, fill all necessary information, create the
report and submit it).

Start the computer in safe mode, than start the MS AntiSpyware application,
go to Scan options, select Run a full system scan and let it clean the
system.

And additionally you can try other "cleaning" software, too:

Do you protect your computer (and yourself) with any kind of firewall? If
not - then I recommend using one.

You need to get a decent Trojan cleaner as MSAS is not such program. Here
you have some below;

TDS-3 http://tds.diamondcs.com.au/ install and go back to the same site to
download the newest Database, follow careful the instructions about how to
do. It's not free but you can try it for 30 days.
Trojan Remover http://www.simplysup.com/tremover/download.html also 30
days test.
The Cleaner http://www.moosoft.com/ maybe need to update first. 30 days
test too.
Trojan Hunter http://www.moosoft.com/ also 30 days test and I guess you
also need to manually update this one.
