my shutdown problem would seems to be caused by a T/H rameh
when i try to go to the location (sys volume info) the access is denied
is this the T/H shutting me out or the normal ms security bla bl
my AVG can not find this one!!!

Your sys volume info. is the system restore files and
they are protected.To remove a T/H from these files you
need to shut off your system restore service,this will
delete these files along with the T/H and all restore
check points.Reboot and turn System restore back on.
