TROJAN HORSE ?

My anti vir system keeps showing A0019024.exe.vir TR/PRELOAD123.B do i have a TROJAN HORSE

A trojan horse is what was used in ancient times......

A trojan is a type of virus that allows remote control of a machine by
another user. If your antivirus software has identified this file as such,
then the best thing for you to do is to restart the system in safe mode and
delete both the file and the reference that loads it from the registry. You
may not be able to do this in normal mode as the file will be active or "in
use" and killing it may be difficult (many possess the ability to restart
themselves with a new name if you use a process killer).
