trojan horse virus?

I have something called a trojan horse in my quarintine box and my norton antivirus cannot remove it. does anyone know how to get rid of it?

Turn off System Restore.

Reboot.

Turn on System Restore.

Make a Manual Restoration Point.
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/winxppro/maintain/xpsysrst.mspx

(That, of course, will erase the previous restore point you have.)

Note the file location and boot to safe mood and delete the trojan file from
the given location. Jym
