Trojan Horse Virus in WINSRV32.EXE

My copy of WINSRV32.EXE has the "Trojan Horse Startpage.G
virus. Windows will not allow me to delete this file, so I
cannot get rid of the virus in that manner.

Can someone advise me as to how I can remove this virus
from this file, and thus my PC ??
