Trojan dloader.f HELP!

How do I get rid of this? It won't let me open up certain attachments in my
email. ran Norton, house calls, Ad-Aware... they found and deleted many
Trojans, but this dloader one won't go away. How can I get rid of it as I
suspect this is the cause of my email problems. MANY THANKS IN ADVANCE!!!

It was on my sister's PC until a few days ago. She had AVG V6
installed. I installed AVG V7 and it got rid of the virus easily.
