Trojan Antivirusgold - Help

Anybody know how to get rid of this Trojan (Antivirusgold) disguised as a
anitvirus. It got past my Norton Antivirus & ZoneAlarm firewall. Both always
up to date.

PestPatrol will delete it, but on the next boot it's right back. Only thing
running in my StartUp is Norton AV & Zone Alarm.

e-Trust CA (PestPatrol) shows a way to get rid of it with detailed
instructions for file removal from the Program Folder and the Registry, but
these get rid of it until the next boot and it's back.

Spybot will not even detect it.

Did you try MSFT Anti Spyware

It has picked up some stuff that Spybot and Adaware have missed.
