I have a troijan horse virus in C:\Windows\system32\iizenn.exe -file. What is
this file? I have great difficulties cleaning the file. Is it ok just to
delete it...?

My reply is at the bottom of your sent message:

Delete it in safe mode? Start > reboot > press F8 during boot over and over
again > select safe mode without networking > navigate to said file > delete
it. If you "can't see it" open the tools, options, view, and untick the
option to hide protected operating system files and tell it to show hidden
files and folders.
