TrojanDropper:Win32/Hupigon.gen C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft
Shared\MSInfo\commond.pif

How do I get rid of it please?

The Trend name for this is BKDR_HUPIGON.BJM
Follow the instructions at:
http://www.trendmicro.com/vinfo/virusencyclo/default5.asp?VName=BKDR_HUPIGON.BJM&VSect=Sn
before restarting your computer and running another scan.
