triple boot help

I have 3 hard drives. I've installed XP Pro first, then Vista x86, and all is
ok up to this point. Then when I install Vista x64 the other 2 disappear. How
do I properly achieve this? Also I now have just XP and Vista x86 installed
but the time to pick one to boot up into has decreased to just 5 seconds from
30! How do I increase the time back to 30 seconds?
