Hi,

I am trying to remove one (or more) black spaces before words in a
spreadsheet. I can use the =TRIM() function okay to remove the first blank,
but want to use the resulting column in a mail merge exercise. As (I think)
you need to insert another column to cater for this formula, I cannot seem to
get this to work in mail merge. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
David.
