trial Office 2007

I downloaded the trial Office 2007 but now I can't open my old Outlook. (I
have Windows XP version 2002). I use Outlook for contacts and I really need
them!

You can only have one instance of Outlook installed at any one time.When you installed the Trial of Office which probably included Outlook your previous Outlook obviously will not function

Which version of Outlook was installed previously ?
Which version of Office 2007 Trial did you install now ?
