Trend Micro firewall

I have a PC running XP Home SP2. Just purchased Trend Micro Internet
Security 2005. It has a firewall included, which I have enabled. I'm still
in the learning process with this new program, but was wondering if somebody
could tell me if the Trend Micro firewall has outbound scanning? That is
something the SP2 firewall lacks.
