Trend Micro Anti-Spam

I installed the new Lotus Notes connector for Outlook 2003 and now my Trend
Micro Anti-Spam plugin does not load.
I will try to reinstall, but in the meantime, has anyone seen this issue?
 
Is Trend Micro compatible with Outlook 2003? And has anyone run it
sucessfully with other account types (Exchange, IMAP, POP) etc?
