tree type code

I want to use the left side of my site with the + and -.
I think its called a tree type code. it will look like
the left side of this site. expand and collapse. is
there any standard code to use.

This is a great site.... and by clicking some of the demo menu's links you
can find some really great sites. Does not work with all demo's of the
various menus but there is a wealth of info if you are curious enough to do
some clicking.
