When I first open a window, it will always freeze up and
when I hit AltCtrDel, it always shows a
program/application called "trayclnt not responding".
When I "end task", it works fine until I close the browser
and start again. Running W98SE, 56K modem, 128 mgs ram,
IE6. Any suggestions?
 
Not required, remove it from your startup tab.
