Tray Icon

Just instaled WD yesterday. My tray Icon is the castle with an orange
exclamation point.Does not go away.Have tried to update and says connecting
to internet and that no new definitions or engines available.The exclamation
point does not go away is this normal.Are my definitions up to date.Have
uninstalled and reinstalled twice. And also removing the update file and it
says verify package is valid...HELP

Have you ran a scan yet? Perhaps that will cause the systray icon to
go away.

Had the same as you, go hear it worked for me.

yep ran it and still says def. are 29 days old

Run Windows Update

In a previous post I had the same problem and tried this site also. It seemed
to work.

Are you on a large, managed, corporate network? Can you go to Windows
Update?
